What do you think is the most underrated element in the home?

For me, indoor plants are seriously underrated. In the pursuit of convenience, many people unfortunately take the easy route and choose artificial plants. That’s a shame, because real plants offer so much more than decoration. They improve air quality, enhance well-being, and add a living, dynamic element that fake plants simply can’t replicate. Many shy away from real plants because they assume they’re high-maintenance or difficult to keep alive. But in reality, it’s all about choosing the right plants for your needs and your specific space. There are countless plant species that thrive in different conditions — from sun-drenched windowsills to the darkest corners of your home. By investing just a little time in understanding which plants suit your lifestyle and environment, you can enjoy all the benefits of real greenery without it feeling like a chore.

What’s your best tip for innovative home design?

My best advice is to think creatively and make it personal. Your home should reflect your personality and the things you love. Don’t be afraid to experiment with colors, patterns, and unique objects that tell a story. An innovative approach can also mean reimagining traditional spaces into multifunctional areas that fit your lifestyle. For example, a corner of your living room can become a cozy workspace with the right plants and lighting. Remember, innovation isn’t just about buying new things — it’s also about finding fresh, creative ways to use what you already have.
